I never ever wear heels but i recently got 2 1/2 in pumps for a concert. I want to wear them more often but whenever i take a step, the heel of my foot slips out of the shoe, whether or not i'm wearing hose. Anyone got a suggestion on how i can prevent that?

Besides trying the smaller size, use some Dr. Scholl's Moleskin. I put it on the shoe itself. It has worked for me in the past...

You do not want to wear heels to a concert! Wear a comfortable shoe. If you wear heels then your feet will feel like they are about to fall off by the end of the night.

the shoe size is probably too big ...to have a nicer fit..you could stuff tissue in the front of the shoe..this will tighten the back and prevent it from slipping out...

sounds like your shoes are a little bit too big, so if it's not an open toed shoe, then stuff a little bit of newspaper or something like it into the toe of the shoe. this shoud slide your foot back and hopefully end your problem. :]

Maybe they are to big? or if not? maybe something that could help you to grip better into your shoe. like pads. I'd ask to shoe salesman, they should be able to help you with this.
