Ordering Live Plants Online?

I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered live plants from a company called Ottawa Aquatics online before? If you have how long did it take for your order to arrive at your doorstep from the day you ordered? Also, did they come in good condition?

I have ordered plants online from several companies but sorry to say not that one. I have rarely had any problems with plant orders, but have had one or two orders freeze in the winter and had one that way too hot in the summer. I would suggest you order only during fairly mild weather and call the place to talk to them about how they ship this time of year and what their guarantees for shipping are.
