Since you're asking this in the Music & Music Players section, I'm assuming you mean a prepaid account in an online music service such as iTunes. All you have to do is sign up for iTunes and then you can use a credit card to put money into your account if you wish. If you don't want to use a credit card, go to Wal-Mart or Best Buy, or many, many other places and buy an iTunes gift card. Then enter the gift card number in the "Redeem" section of iTunes and you've got a prepaid account just waiting for you to buy music on.
