I have long blonde hair, brown eyes and tanned skin. I want a BRIGHT RED DRESS!=D would it look good on me?

i don't want it to be long though..maybe just past my knees. kind of a "salsa" dress i guess. i think they're soooo pretty

that might nawt b such a gr8 idea........tanned skin and red just don't go together...... if u want a cool and sexy dress try an on-line store so thatu can shop all over the world.....
try a purple eyelet Betsey Johnson halter dress and BCBG wedges.......
try a white, toga-inspired sarong and gold lace-up sandals.......
try a white faux fur shrug and a dark green chiffon dress.....
try a chunk turquoise necklace a cream - satin dress... it wilkl really pop against yr complexion

it depends on when it is but now that its gettin into spring then u might want to go w/ more of a springy color that looks good w/ ur skin. try bcbg dresses they rock my favorites

You should really go to the Eaton Centre in Toronto. It has tons of shops.
