if you would have asked this question many years ago I would have said, nothing like hard rock and heavy metal. ....but

As I always have been into a lot of different styles along with getting older came the sence of also appreciating other music styles. There are how ever a few hat I still can't stand and will never stand no matter what. But that's another subject.

To come back to your question, these days I listen to about all kinds. So my Ipot has a very big range. On it you will find stuff that ranges from one extreme to the other. From Marilyn Manson to Doris Day. From The Sex Pistoles to Beethoven's 5th.

What can I say...I truely love music :)

In case you should wonder, the two stules of music I can't stand and will never stand for is Country and Rap.

Reggae. Despite me being the whitest guy in christenden, I can't help but be really happy whenever I listen to a bit of Marley or McFerrin.

It's all good though, I don't know why people have to be genre specific, I appreciate any genre's music if it's done well, and I think everyone does if they're prepared to admit it.

well if you count music from the past as well id have to say big band and swing from the 1040's, it carried nations through hard times, depression and war, and yet its incredibly happy, pick you up music, its fantastic. nowadays, its classical and metal. classical for the subtleness and metal for just how impressive music can be which is all played by people, and not typed into computers and beat boxs etc
