I have Microsoft Picture it, Express 2000. Some reason when I downloaded Lime Wire Pro.?

The Icone has a camra in it. And when I use Lime Wire and down load a file or program, the items seems to want to open with Microsoft Picture it, then want's me to open with a cd. I use to have Lime Wire Pro on my other computer and had no problems like this. I do need help with this to bring it back to normal. Please help me with this. I thank you for your time and help.

Can any one at least tell me how to properly down looad Lime Wire Pro. Step by step, please help me get this rite. Thank you for your time.

I doubt that that is a limewire problem. You should check your windows file associations. Locate one of these files (or any file of the same type) from explorer or by searching on the hard drive. If it trys to open in Picture it when you open it, then PictureIt is the default viewer for that type of file. Right click on that file and select OPEN WITH. A window will appear with a whole bunch of program names. Click of the program you think should open the file or browse to it if it's not in the list. Check the "always use the selected program to open this kind of file box" and then press OK.

If you don't see a open with option on the write click menu you might not be using XP. In that case, click on the file, hold down SHIFT and right click on the file.Open with should then be on the list.

It would have been nice to know the extention of the file to make a reccommendation as to what program should open it. If it's an image file which it probably is select WINDOWS PICTURE AND FAX VIEWER ( KODAKIMG if it's 98). If it's supposed to be a video then Windows Media player (or mplayer2 on 98).
