i believe lightning blade is a good technique,and wind blade is also good.

Fuhton Wind Element sphere, it is a technique naruto learns when he is 15, he combines his wind element energy with ransengan. He also made a new form of ransengan before that, great spiraling sphere.
Thousand bird current is the upgraded version of lightning blade, sends lightning through the entire body forming a shield and a weapon at the same time.
Mangekyo Sharingan can be used to project ninjutsu and Genjutsu.
Kakashi developed his own version of Mangekyo that can be used to teleport things to other places, warp time and space with whatever he uses it on, he uses it on an akatsuki member and blsts off both his arms.
And you gotta love the Fourth's sealing technique.

If your talking about naruto in general (comics include) There is that thing where Kakashi can open up portals using his advanced sharingan and teleports whatever he's looking at e.i. arm, leg, incoming projectiles,and teleports them to another place despite being connected to anything, other then that I would have to say Lee's Lotus techniques.
