How long does divorce take it going on 4 months.We have 2 kids,
We both want custody.I live in the city my wife live in the county with her parents.Right now my wife pays me child support. She
hasn't pay me seens it started 3 months ago.She has a law
her lawrey tells my wife to pay something on the child support.(she refuse).Then my wife file for custody and child support against me in the city circuit court without her lawery.The kids stay
with me 5 nights a week(schools nights).She has them on the weekend.My lawrey talks to her lawery,My lawery telling me,Her lawery is saying my wife feels she don't have to pay child support or day care. She claiming that she's the primary care taker.
I'm talking to Co-worker,They're telling me the judge will ask her she lost her mind.* You're behind on your child support.*you have the kids 2 night out the week.You're asking for child support and custody.The Co-worker are saying the judge might though her in jail for not paying child support

The judge order her to pay me child support.She start crying and tell the judge no one has custody.To this day she hasn't pay me.(4 months in the rears).We try a mediator once with both lawyer.Now she filing for sole legal and physical custody and child support against me with out her lawyer.My lawyer thinks she nuts for doing that.She still see them the same amount of time as before. Within 3hr she give the kids a shower and feed them over her parents house.

Stop bugging her about the child support. Do you really want your children to see their mother in jail for not paying. Although I doubt this will happen. For heavens sake you made two children with this woman and now you are all upset that she is a jerk. You picked her Sweetheart, you are stuck with her for the rest of your children's lifes. You two couldn't get along enough to stay married why would you think things would change now that you are divorced?

Okay first off learn how to spell and word things right . What country are you from ? Is that why you married her so you could come over here and get divorced ? I mean cmon you are the one who married her and you are just now realizing that she is capable of this . Listen this is the mom of your kids you think that it is right for her to be in jail ? I think you both are poor examples of parents . i feel sorry for the kids with you two as parents!!!!
