but her feet are to small for size 2 shoes the smallest you can get what do i do anywhere that does smaller i'm in the uk she's a size 19 baby shoe xx

I'd always read hard-soled shoes are not good for babies feet anyway. My kids had moccasins and little slip booty style shoes until about age 2. I had to order them on the internet.

Soft-shoes or moccasins are best. Try www.robeez.com - they have small sizes, you should be able to find something there. I've gotten several pairs from them and they were great.
