im 12 and my mom took my cell phone away so i want to activate a virgin mobile acount. I heard that you have to be over 18 to activate an acount but when i checked on the website they said that you have to be at least 13 so im not sure. how old do you have to be

To activate a virgin mobile account you must be 13. Virgin mobile made it this way because their targeted customers are teenagers because its "pay as you go"

13 just call the 1800 number and an automated voice will walk you through.

it doesnt really matter because you will still be able to activate the phone just lie on the part where it asks for your age.

even if you were 13 and could activate a new one, i doubt your responisble enough. and you'd also have to pay the bill every month. You can't just sign something- you would have NO IDEA what you were signing away.
