Did you ask why she needs to ask you about your marriage ? If you are bothered by this...and you should be, tell her to mind her damn business and what you do in your house is nobody's business, you do not need to be the subject of family gossip.

Hopefully, your family loves you and cares for your well being. Of course they have a right to ask a question if they feel you are unhappy. Just because someone asks you a question, does not mean that you have to answer. If you are truly in a healthy and happy marriage, then be proud of yourself. Don't get defensive, just smile and say, "I love you but you make me uncomfortable when you ask me such personal questions." Or ask them why so many questions, maybe it is a sign that they genuinely need your advice.

Girl, some people just run out of gossip! You can bet your britches she will take the information and tweak it some and then blab it to all her cronies. She is bold though, you got to hand it to her! Personally I would have given her what she wanted. Some extremely juicy stuff. Items that Freddy Kruger couldn't dream up! So ridiculous that it would come right back to you if it were gossiped. Then just blow the whistle on her. Tell everyone what she has done, and excommunicate her from the entire family.

Feed her a line of BS a mile long when she asks you questions. Tell her things that will confuse her and she won't know what to think. Your marriage is none of her business but since she wants to know things, make her sorry she ever asked.

Your aunt does not NEED to ask you anything about your marriage and her attempt to do so is inappropriate at best. She needs to mind her own business, respect your right to privacy, and resist the "NEED" to butt into others' lives.
