What kind of drawing? If you mean artistic drawing, I assume it works the same way as in every other country - well, except that part about getting your head cut off if you draw the Prophet (GRTBG) but that's easy enough to avoid. If you mean drawing as in 'draw a winner for the lottery' that's not an issue because gambling is illegal.
