She crawled up through the passenger size. There's some sort of opening there, but I don't know where it goes, or what else is back there. I think she might have gone up there because it was dark and/or warmer. Its a suzuki esteem, 2000 model year. Any suggestions?

Open a can of tuna and place it near the car where she went in. When she smells it, she will come out to eat it. I've had to do this at work a few times because stray cats crawl into loaded trailers at the dock. It is the the only way to get the cat out without unloading the trailer.

Put food out side and leave the door open and leave. The cat will come out when it is hungry. If they get stuck, they will let you know by constantly meowing. If the cat is quiet, it is fine.
If you are in a hurry, crank up the stereo. That noise will also aid in driving them out.
Don't try pulling on a leg.(Unless getting scratched is what you are looking for)

HAHAHA, you gotta be messin with us. I would let a dog sniff around the car and bark a little. We all know how cats and dogs get along. That cat will fly out of the car, LITERALLY!

Leave a window open, either it will get hungry and get out on its own, or something will get hungry and go in the car and eat it.

You may need to involve the Humane Society. She may die and you'll have a bigger problem on your hands.
