My iron must have had some residue from a previous iron-on transfer or something, and it left a black streak on my white dress-shirt, not cotton cause it's stretchy white, but a really nice tight weave. I've tried Woolite with a brush, and some new Clorox Special Care, even tried using the iron again with a white cloth. Please help, it's my favorite.

Determining what the *black streak* is might help to solve the problem. wwww.tide.com has a good stain remover look-up.

Here's what I would do now: dampen a piece of cloth with a week solution of peroxide and press over the scorched area. Peroxide is a substitute for bleach, so use this only on white things.

Good luck.

Use as hot of water as the fabric will allow and add shaklee nature bright and stir and add the shirt. leave over night and it should be out. If still there I soak some things a couple of days but have never had any stain not removed. I have even removed the baby spit up on clothes that never came out years before and soaked this way and they have came out all white again. You can add shaklee basic H to the mixture too as a double strength. I guarantee it works!

classic wedding ceremony ettiquette strongly discourages wearing both all-black or all-white outfits, as all-black is a demonstration of lack of existence and mourning, at the same time as all-white is the colour the bride will be wearing (important no-no to out-shine the bride!). Of the dresses you discribed, i trust the only with white floral print might want to be the most ideal on the "classic" wedding ceremony, via the undeniable fact that is likely a strong stability of both shades. notwithstanding, you probably did not say even if the marriage turned right into a huge formal wedding ceremony or a small casual wedding ceremony. At small weddings, maximum traditions like that are thrown out the window because the couple is extra in touch about your presence somewhat than your cloth cabinet. or perhaps at tremendous formal weddings, a tasteful gown that is all black or extra often than not black with white is considered ideal. as long as you do not placed on all-white, you need to be advantageous. have relaxing, and robust success with the bouquet toss! :-D

First off you need to read the tag and find out what the shirt is made out of. If it's pure white, put it in a solution of 1 part bleach to 9 parts water, overnight. 1 of 3 things will happen: 1- The stain will come out. 2- The bleach will destroy the fabric of the shirt. 3- The stain won't come out and it's time to throw the shirt away.

Or you can take it to a proffessional cleaner.
