There are wayyy to many people, I do not think i can decide. -BUT-Lets say I wanted to get rd of a really evil person, right? Screw Hitler I'm going straight to the source,-The Snake in the Garden of Eden. If you believe it, without that damned (literally) snake we would never have had any evil in the world at all. Sounds good right? Wrong! Adam and Eve would have lived forever, and none of us would be here typing $#!T !
Now......WW2 was f'd up and we all wish it had never happened, but the fact is it did. Now what if it hadn't? Innocent lives spared(Excellent), Many technological advances lost(Bad), Maybe leaving room for an even more ruthless leader to rise up somewhere else in that time(really bad). What if you knew that you could stop him from having done all those things, but as a result of concurrent space time fluxuations you and every one you know would never have been born. Would you do it? Besides,nobody has the right to determine wether others live or die. He didn't and neither do you or I. But to answer the question I'd say Rosie O'donnel, her voice is REALLY annoying =]

Its difficult to say.
The obvious answer would be someone like Hitler. But if Hitler had never existed, would someone else have just taken his place as Nazi leader? Also, its possible that World War II may have been a good thing in the long-term, as it helped the world economy recover from the Great Depression.
Its similar to an episode of Dr Who, where he went back in time and had the opportunity to prevent birth of the Daleks, but didn't because so many nations had been brought together by their hatred of the Daleks.
