Ok..i wanna teach my sister some things about gymnastics. Does anyone know a routine for practice? Such as stretching and stuff. She really wants to be a gymnast but she wants me to teach her, and she wants to get up to doing back flips and stuff. All i need is a practice routine, or a good website that has one. Thank you.

Start out by teaching her basic gymnastics moves such as a front roll, back roll, bridge, cartwheel, dance moves, etc. Tell her it is important to learn easy moves and perfect them, before moving on to more difficult and dangerous moves. After she can do a few stretches and tumbling moves, make up a short routine of the skills she can do. Move on to teaching more difficult moves but make sure you know how to properly spot them first or else enroll her in gymnastics class.
