how do i know which version i am running? where do i go to look?

what OS are you using? if you have never changed the version than more than likely it is version 6. But if you go to control panel> add or remove programs it will tell you what version it is.

on the start menu click RUN,and type just the way it is written here C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer then press"OK"right click on the blue E one time.scroll down to "Properties"right click one time,and on the top tab click on version..this should tell you what yoneed to know.u

right click on your I.E. - icon
Properties!
Also - I'll warn you - don't download internet exp. 7 - as it causes the screen to freeze - and takes over the computer.
I had to do a control panel, system restore to an earlier time,
and then remove programs - - to get rid of I.e.7 - It's a mess
and microsoft knows it.
