i just bought new white ballet flats and i don't know what to wear them withh!

I'd go with an A-line pleated skirt, shrug with a velvet tunic and hoops.

Would look nice with block colours
Good with white shirts / tops with blue jeans. Top off with a red hat (beret/flat hat) and/or a red necklace and/or bright red handbag for a simple sweet but lively look.
The ballet-ness can give an otherwise potentially masculine outfit a softer edge.
Red/blue/black/green tights would look nice and keep you warm when wearing short skirts or dresses.
I'd stick to bold colours, either coordinating 2/3 colours or wearing a variety of bright but simple pieces

In colder weather, you can wair them with dark wash (light wash accents your thighs, but if your super-thin that could be preferred...) skinny jeans, in warmer weather they look nice with a cute denim skirt, and my favorite is with black leggings and a denim skirt. The skirt doesn't have to be on the shorter side, just so long as it isn't past your knees. It kind of look bad like that.
You can really wear anything with your new ballet flats! Black and white ones are easier to co-ordinate with your clothes.

you can wear it with jeans, a skirt, something structured at the bottom though. no sweatpants obviously.
