CSU offers Astronomy classes, which is why it came up on your search. You need to search a website like Petersons.

CU Boulder has a great program in astronomy and physics. If you want to be an astronomer, you'll need to get a Ph.d. You want to do an undergrad major in physics, with double majors/minors in math and astronomy, if at all possible. Then apply to grad schools in astronomy or astrophysics. It should take 4-6 years to get a doctorate (not counting undergrad). Remember, you won't go to the same school for your doctorate as you did for your undergrad education. If you do want to go to grad school, spend your summer doing research - look into REU programs. Good luck!

Are you planning to also go to graduate school for astronomy? If so, you don't have to major in astronomy as an undergrad (but you should take as many astronomy classes and physics classes as you can). If you want to become an astronomer, then you'll have to go to grad school.

I did my undergrad in Physics because my school didn't have an astronomy major, but I took just about every astronomy course they offered for undergrad. When I got to grad school, there were other grad students there who had even less of an astronomy background than me! We all did just fine!
