Bandicoots are tricky animals. First, you need to flush the rest of the rickets down the toilet. About the bow legs.... in some animals it's completely normal, it's just the way their hips are aligned, but since it was the rickets, I agree with the other guys and say you should take it to the vet.

Don't cramp his style, give him some legroom or he may see the light and leg it straight to the vets off his own back. Better to bend a little and make it a joint venture.
