I'd rank the schools as follows:
1. Ohio State
2. SUNY Buffalo
3. Temple University
4. Rochester Institute of Technology
Ohio State is by far the best of the lot.

Do you want to live in a big city? Do you prefer a big or small school? Do you want to go to a more diverse school? What is your financial aid package like? That's how you should narrow down your choices.
