only 3 days, i wouldnt worry about it. breast dont usually start hurting till later, not 3 days. and u would not be able to "feel" anything (and by this i mean your knot). if you really aren't sure though, i would recomend taking a pregnancy test. no feelings will be able to tell you this soon.

A test is the only way to tell for sure... but my breasts were tender and started getting bigger at least a week before my missed period. I also share your "hip knot". That's a good way of describing it, and I have that feeling below both hips. All of the info I have read states that symptoms vary greatly among women, so there is never one good indicator, aside from testing for the chemical your body produces only when you're pregnant.

You could just have an overdue period- it causes symptoms like that. THE ONLY WAY TO TELL IS TO TAKE A PREGNANCY TEST.

No clue about the knot, that's not a pregnancy symptom that I know of. It could be a cyst and cysts delay periods sometimes.

Just as a note, though, my breasts hurt before my missed period.

Just take a test to make sure. You could just be late and those could just be menstrual symptoms. On the other hand, it could mean you're pregnant and those could be pregnancy symptoms. Just take a test to be sure and then try to take another one at ur doctor or clinic.

Get a home pregnancy test. 3-days could just be stress or something else.
