How? Walking? By car? Plane? Donkey power? Camel?
Hitchhiking?

By plane, nearly halfway around the world. By car, maybe St. Louis. By donkey, just across the mountains, same with camel.
Walking might vary depending on how fast you walk.

Now hitching will depend on the speed demon you ride with. Might make St. Louis in a day and half. Or the gates with St. Peter.

If you drove straight through without stopping for 36 hours? Washington state. The middle of the desert-in Texas, or Utah, or Nevada, depending on what direction you went in. Maybe you could make it to Denver.
