It means your mind suffers from distraction. You must first find the root of that distraction. Then decide if that distraction is more or less important than your creative flow. If it's not as important, toss it out and let the floodgates of your ability be open wide.

Try to dictate in a tape recorder the concepts that you want to express.

Then write down WITH NO MODIFICATIONS what you have dictated, or better get someone that can transcript what you have dictated.

Only when you have the written paper, study it and do the modifications that you want.

This is a method that I have used for years....Not for writing novels, but long and difficult documente.

Anyhow it is also good to write down a schematic of what you
want to say. But not now.

it means you need to mediate! Day AND night....remember..wisdom has two sides (yin & yang, Newton's law). Jesus said that the key to success was to mediate on His word day and night. An ancienct chinese proverb once said that missing a day of meditation takes a week to recover from. Mediation makes you realize that you have everything you need inside you...you are the answer to every question....you just have to seek within. "If you do not go within, you go without."

No, it could be that the words are just not avaiable in your language - there are feelings that have words in other languages but not in English!

If that's not it, then words are not your real connection to your heart. Try another medium like music, art, or movement.
