it probably means you are well adjusted and sleeping a lot better than the rest of us. I heard dreams are our way of dealing with unresolved issues in our lives.

Basically dreams occur due to activity in the brain - electrical, usually. Most of the time you will notice dreams when you are alert enough to do so - but if you're in deep sleep, chances are you wont.

Deep sleep is good - the most relaxing for the body AND the mind. Though the side effect is you won't remember dreams, its possibly better for health.

As for 'what it feels like' - it doesnt feel anything different. If your brain feels you're walking no matter when you're awake or when you're asleep you'll feel almost exactly the same - its the same signals you're getting (a good example of this is given in the movie Matrix). So don't worry about it.

Heck, for all you know you could be asleep and dreaming right Now!!

Sweet dreams ;)

Put a notepad and pencil next to your bed - if you wake up during the night, try and scribble down what you were dreaming of.

It may take a while to train yourself, but it can be that you will wake in the morning, thinking you have had no dreams - and find four or five pages of your notes. Most people find it hard to remember dreams - but as far as we know, everyone dreams.

I wouldn't worry about it. Sometimes dreams aren't very nice, and it could be it's good you don't remember.

Is there a dream catcher in your room? No really, you probably just don't remember the dreams. It is my experience that the only dreams I remember are those I have just before awakening or when I am not sleeping well. To me a dream is just your mind thinking while you are asleep. Something comes to mind and your brain just takes that and goes with it. Maybe its something that makes you happy or maybe its something that bothers you. Do songs ever go through your head while awake without your bidding? They do mine and at times the song is so irritating and insupressible that I wonder if I'm about to go loopy. To me that is simialar to a dream in that the mind is working on its own.

You're lucky to sleep so well.

There are two possibilities here. Either you have dreams, but don't remeber them, or you don't get a deep enough sleep. You can only dream when you are in the deepest state of sleep "REM" sleep. That stands for rapid eye movement, when your brain is very active.

Everyone dreams, so do you. You just don’t remember your dream experiences. A dream is recalled most easily if we awaken during it or immediately after it ends. If more than a few minutes lapse at the end of a dream, we risk forgetting of the dream.
Also your dreams might occur in non-REM sleep. The people who dream in REM sleep remember more.

yea, like most people say, you probably do dream but they just disappear when you wake up. Kind of like how salt dissolves in hot water, they just vanish. Or maybe its because you're always tired, and you just hit the bed and sleep and wake. Well i would consider that normal. If nothing else is wrong, then it's perfectly fine.

Everyone dreams. Some people dream in color and some in black and white. Although dreams may seem like they last for a long time they are usually no longer than a few seconds long. Some people do not remember their dreams, such as yourself.

I think that everybody dreams. You probably just don't remember them when you wake up. I think that's fairly common. It may mean that you are able to get into a deeper sleep then most. I don't know too much about this, though.

no, you just sleep deep enough that you don't remember. I don't dream all that often, it is rare for me to remember a dream. My mom on the other hand tells of all these fantastic dreams she has. Every single night. I wouldn't worry about it.
