$100 Gift Certificate to a nice Restaurant (Nice, not hooter)
$200 A gadget like ipod, cell phone, or a watch or something

And since I am about the only who answered your question like you asked I think I should get best answer. $50-gift certificate maybe the visa one, not taxable!
$100-$200, this is strange, but one year I got Meat from my employer, such as Filet Mignon and other quality cuts. It was a really good idea and yummy!
