I had a miscarriage before and i was always sick. But this preg has been normal so far and got to see a good doc so i have better confidence. But i just feel so bad to the point i cry that im scared im not giving my baby enough nutrients cuz of my eating habits. Im supose to hear the babies heart beat on the 12 of Feb. Im nervouse. See I had a missed miscarriage and Yes it does happen. i lost the baby at 9wks and didn't know till 13wks. So im just a lil stressed.

I want to know Is there anyone out there that has experinced this. And how long does this eating thing go on and what can i do to make it better. any advice is grateful. I thank you ahead of time.

I was sick every morning and every night from about 4 weeks until about my second trimester! (3-4 months for me) I personally, would take about 10 to 15 minutes after i woke up to lay in bed and relax and slowly get up! Best thing to do is always have crackers in your night stand. some mornings i would have to eat 2-3 crackers before i got out of bed. I found that cereal was the easyest thing for me to eat. And usually after i ate something i would slowly feel alittle better. Best thing for you to do, is ALWAYS take your prenatal vitamins, they have most of the nutrients that your baby needs. But you must try to eat something, even if its 6 sleeves of crackers! lol! something is better than nothing! Hopefully soon you will be over the sickness, and thats when all the cravings for food come in!! That and you will start eating like a cow, ( i know i did, LOL!) I wish you the best of luck!!

At least you are making yourself eat some during the day. Some women cannot keep anything down and have to go to the hospital to get on fluids to keep from dehydrating. A couple of weeks ago, I went to my confirmation appt and the doc said if I don't begin to have nausea symptons within the week then I'd probably not get them. Well a week went by and I was fine. Boy should I have been less cocky! I'm 7 1/2 weeks now and I don't vomit, but my stomach turns when I think of or smell a lot of foods. All of this should go away by your twelfth week (end of 1st Trimester). My doc told me that the only food I might willingly want to eat are starchy things like bread, pasta, etc. She said it's allright for the 1st Tri but to begin eating more healthy when the Nausea goes away.

Oh, I also heard my baby's heartbeat yesterday, clear as day. I was so nervous the day before the ultrasound that I had a hard time falling asleep because I kept thinking of the worst things that could happen. It was so wonderful because this is my first baby and sometimes you just cannot believe you are pregnant so you need that reinforcement. But good luck with your appointment, and your appetite. I'm sure you will be fine!!

I haven't actually experienced this, but I wouldn't be surprised if your anxiety is the cause of the problem eating. I think it will get better once you feel more secure that this pregnancy is going well and the baby is healthy. Good luck. I hope you get to hear a nice strong heart beat on the 12th!

In the beginning of my pregnancy I couldn't eat anything either. So I'd drink a milkshake every day (ahhh, the good old days). It's not uncommon and many women loose weight at first. Eat what you can (there must be something, even one thing out there) and relax. You know stress is bad. Good luck

FIRST - Your buddy ought to work out her physician ASAP. If it seems to no longer be a difficulty, right it is a few further innovations: women individuals each and every so often bleed, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that this isn't any longer referred to as a era. there's a technical term used for the bleeding for the period of being pregnant. Bleeding while you're pregnant is referred to as decidual bleeding. via fact your hormones improve consistently while you're pregnant it motives bleeding in some women individuals.

Yes, I had hyperemesis gravendium (sp), which means extreme morning sickness (all day) in pregnancy. I lost weight in my first trimester with my youngest and I'm not very heavy to begin with and my baby's fine. Your body will naturally protect your child and if it meant taking things from you, it will. Your baby will be fine. Just try to relax. I had a baby after a miscarriage and I know it's hard.

This is my first pregnancy and you sound just like me... Except I throw up every day. It's important that you can drink as much as you can... I get to hear the heart beat on the 26th of Feb, seems like forever away... good Luck!

i am going through the same thing right now-- i was fine before but now, its horrible. just take deep breathes, eat as much as you can-- drink ensure or smoothies or anything. but don't worry about the baby, what you do eat it will take what it needs-- and its good that your are taking your pre natals...I'm sure you will be fine-- just don't stress about it OK? that's no good for the baby---

I know that is hard because in the beg of my pregnancy my babies heartbeat was really slow, but now its fine-- if they had anything to worry about with you, you would know it-- just relax and enjoy it-- good luck!
