Yes you do.
Mine ate at 9:30 am when they got up, at 12 noon they had an egg sandwich. they just had some candy, pretzels, cheese crackers, cookies and a glass of milk and now want to know when dinner is going to be served and it's only 3:30pm.

yes do scrambled eggs and bacon (everyone likes bacon) its easy and you shouldn't be able to mess it up
or you could try cereal that's even easier kids will eat it dry or with milk and depending on their age they can make it themselves
