It is ok. But be sure they are not prejudiced or they may beat each other up!

If you washed these same clothes together and they didn't discolor each other: then go ahead it wont hurt. But If you aren't sure about it play it safe. I have mixed clothes in the dryer that I wouldn't in the wash and got spots of color on some things and I was really bummed!!!!! So do not do it just to be safe!!!!

I wouldn't recommend it. Especially with new, colored clothes that have never been washed before since the colors may run.

Jeans, gray clothing, and whites can be mixed usually.
The problem with washing whites with colors is that over time your whites will have a distinct tint to them-- which doesn't look clean. They won't maintain their crisp white color unless you seperate them and use bleach occasionally.

Obviously, it all depends on how much you love your white clothes :)

It's usually ok. I would be careful if one of them was fuzzy and likely to throw off a lot of lint. I'd also be careful if the dark/colored one was relatively new and of a strong dye like red, especially if the white thing was something I was worried about keeping pure white.

It would be okay, but your whites may be a litle discolored. The lint that flies around in the dryer from your colors will stick to your whites, giving it a faint color (but probably not permanent).

Yea it's ok, I do that a lot when I have smaller loads. Just remember if there's something that is really fuzzy or brand new it may leak some temporary color to other items. Hope this helps.

Only if the colors are very light. Dark colors will end up with lint all over them
