i have pretty fair skin seeing as its winter and i'm part irish, and i have like ocean blue eyes, so what color eyeshadow would be good?

I'd say pink or green. Maybe gold. It also depends on what color hair you have. If I were you, I'd test out a bunch of different eyeshadows before prom and see which one you like best.

1. Use a light moisturiser.
2. Use a little light coloured foundation e.g. beige, if your skin is very pale.
3. A pale blue/grey eyeshadow on eyes and a creamy/white or creamy/light pink shadow on eyebrows.
4. Mascara the same colour as your eyelashes, or blue eyeshadowwould look nice.
5. You could use a pencil eyeliner around the bottom of your eyes to make them look bigger. You may not need this if you already have big eyes.
6. Finish off with a blusher that will compliment your skin tone.
7. You may like to experiment before the great event.

I think like a silverish glittering color. I say this because since you have really pretty blue eyes the silver will go with it creating a silver moon over the ocean. (yes I have imagination) The glitter part will bring out your eyes because glitter is one thing is this world that catches peoples eyes.

it all depends on what color your dress is. if your dress is dark lets say... purple.... don't use the same color cause sometimes it looks like u r wearing 2 much eyeshadow so try 2 find something that go's with it.and try 2 use some light lip gloss. if u think that your skin is bad try 2 use apricot radiance it comes with apricot scrub. if u like mascara then use it. and if u like eyeliner then use it.and ur are beautiful!!!!!!! have fun!!!!!!

Use neutrals like brown or gray. Don't, by any means, use blue. That will wash out your eyes. Neutrals, however, will bring them out especially if they are on the darker side.

silver with a bit of blue .... your eyes will look sooo cute... use the blue eye liner... and blue mascara... with a shiny lip gloss... you will look Fab.!
