My sis has got the answer to this.she used to fancy archie like crazy.yep, they did get back together.archie went out to new zealand to start afresh & after molly advised her, lexie followed him out there.it showed them together in the last-ever episode.archie's half-brother paul became the laird.

Lexie went off to join Archie in wherever it was he went off too (south America I think) and Archies brother became the Laird
