He would probably find him strikingly hansome and intelligent and have him discharged. or check him out for porphyria just to be certain that he was neither.

i would assume they would do a catscan of his brain to check if there were any tumors or something putting pressure--which may cause the split personalities. draw blood to check for any diseases that could be affecting his brain, check the spine for any injuries since all nerves run through the spine-this could affect the mans thinking. other than that-i think house would just pit one personality against the other just for fun..gotta love house! he of course would have the mans home and personal life checked out to see if the guy is faking the personalities or if they are caused by stress.

Well first, House and his team would come close to killing the patient, prior to accidentally coming across the nature of the disease and then they successfully cure him. This is generally the way it happens every single episode. I love this show, but sure as hell wouldn't want to be a patient there...

first evaluate the man, to make sure he is not a skitso, run some tests give meds for his problem he is probably a skitso.
