It was called Dip It, but the same thing is no longer sold in the US because of health issues. (Those laws are looser in the UK so it's still sold there under another name).

There is something similar sold now in the U.S. called Pretty Petals Scented Flower Maker, but it's not as good.

Oh yes, I remember. Floral wire is wire wrapped (diagonally) with a waxed crepe paper. It is light leaf green, leaf green, light brown and brown and white. Used for stems and leaves. Floral tape can also be bought in the same colors and you can wrap your own wire for the same effect, that of immitating real floral stems.

I don't know what it was called, but I do remember it; you took the floral wire, made a loop shape and dipped it in this liquid that dried and formed a translucent petal. I thought it was so cool!

I also can't remember the name of it. I do know that you can still buy it in the kids craft kit section of Pat Catan's craft stores. I saw it once in the craft section of Walmart. Back then I thought that they were so pretty. We did them in school for a mother's day gift.

Hi:

I remember this too, but I can't recall what it was actually called or a good enough description for it to find it on the web.

I remember it. I've looked for it at hobby stores and it's no longer sold, as least I couldn't find it. Probably some health risk or something. If you find it, let me know.

The product you are trying to recall was called 'Wimsy Dip'. You can't get it anymore.
