Yes... sometimes when i hear certain songs, see certain things... i relive moments in time...

Yeah, I do that sometimes. However, realize that maybe it is now the "good times" and in the future you will look back on today with nostalgia.. I think most people look back with 'rose colored glasses'. That is because our memory naturally remembers mostly good things from the past. That works to our favor so we forget all the depressing crap.
