Iraqui soldier E-connections?

Hi.
I am seeking E-connections with an Iraqui soldier (or soldier troop) to continue correspondencies.
I am a Substitute Teacher as I hope to bring some "outside perspectives" into the classrooms where I teach.
I am in Educational Region 16 (Texas.)

My daughter is serving in Baghdad, and she said that they do acknowledge all correspondence
