You know if you sit with your mother and have a quiet discussion about it, she may agree to it if you abide by the rules she sets for you. You are still young to have a phone but now and days there are phones available and designed for kids. If your mother took your phone away then be sure she must have done it for a valid reason, either for your safety in a unsafe world ( and it is!) or you misused your phone and lost the priviledges to have one. You have to be responsible when owning a phone. Now, you have to prove to your mother you can be responsible. Whatever you do, don't go the wrong way about getting a phone.

AS LONG AS you have the money you can buy the phone. however, doing something behind your mother's back does not buy you trust.
