Find a really good forger, and pay him his price! If you try making it yourself, you'll probably get caught in the first joint you flash it in. It's a lot harder to fake a drivers licence now than it was back in my day kid. Leave it to the pros.

you need to get a special printer that makes the rightkind of card not just laminated paper. once oyu od that justphotocopy and edit one. but they are becoming increasingly difficult to create. special hardware and software amounting to hundreds of dollars are required.
