If you put on liner, just put it around the outside of your eye...and never inside your lid. That can give you an infection, number one, and number two that makes an eye look small. Eyeliner just from your pupil out, and little under your eye, will make them look bigger. Also, use a darker shadow to create a "c"...hard to explain, but half of your upper lid and out and then just below your brow bone. A lighter shadow goes all over the lid.

I put a lighter eye shadow in the corners of my eyes (closes to my nose) both top and bottom… this brightens up the eye area and makes them look larger then they really are! Try using eye shadow that has a little shimmer to it!!! Then only use the eyeliner in the corners of your eyes... but on the opposite side furthest from your nose!!

lighter eye shadow at the top getting darker towards the bottom... and use a tiny bit of white under the eye and use black eyeliner under your eye only. When u use it on top with the bottom, it makes them look like they are closing in.

Yes I agree with Muah! Try not to use eyeliner because eyeliner actually makes your eyes look smaller....also put a little white shimmer in the corner of your eyes it makes your eyes also apear rounder and more awake.

Well first things first...apply a light eyeshadow with shimmer particles in them all over (all over the lids, browbones [but less than on lids] on the inner corners of your eyes and on your lower lash line) then apply white eyeliner in your inner lower rims. Then curl your lashes (optional) and use a mascara that volumises, lengthens and curls on your top and bottom lashes.

It works for me...hope that helps...

only outline the upper lids of your eyes with black eyeliner,
(make it thinner at the front, then thicker when you get to the outer corner of your eyes)

Also use a dark eyeshadow at the outer corner of your eyelids, then a lighter or shiny color on your inner eyelids.
