i dont know if anybody mentioned this, but cleveland really needs a PG badly. Damon Jones is a chucker and Snow is horrible. what the cavs really need is a playmaking PG. lebron is doing everything on his own, hes creating for himself for his teammates and its gonna wear on him soon. he must be tired after playing in the summer games, training camp, and has to deal with a rigorous 82 game schedule in which everything is on his shoulders. its too much for him. he needs a guy like andre miller who can start plays for him and let lebron finish instead of lebron starting and finishing himself. they also need consistent shooting. larry hughes is really off this year, marshall has sucked ever since he was a cav, jones is inconsistent, snow cant shoot himself out of a wet paper bag, gibson and brown are rookies and pavlovic doesnt get much playing time. Z is too old and slow he is past his prime. cavs have great rebounding, gooden and verajao are keepers.
get a playmaker and the cavs will be better.

They don't have enough offensive fire power. LeBron needs one of his teammates to step up and average 20 or more points a game on a consistent ant basis. Opposing teams need to know that the have to respect the Cav's as a team and not just one player.
It's really amazing how good their record is considering who they have.
They will need someone to step it up big once the playoffs roll around.

Even King James needs help...so maybe hes not a king after all...he needs someone to score with him (like the Melo&Iverson duo)...I would love to see him and Wade play on the same team...they would go to the finals and kill the Suns/Mavs no doubt

Too many players with the same scoring and playing mentality- It's all about me - SUPERSTAR. Any championship team is more than a 1 player team, it's a different star every night. Cav's won't win till they learn this.

Mike Brown seems very unable to motivate the team. it is likely that since they were in the playoffs last year, these games seem unimportant to the team. Also, they are not getting King James the ball enough.
