Are you sure the pump has stopped? can u hear it? if yes then the jets could be blocked or a hose has come off. I dare say u know how to unblock the jets so I am not going to embarrasse you. If the fuse is ok u can check the pump motor by putting a live feed to the live terminal of the pump and if it doesn't earth via the body then u will need to put an earth feed to the pump as well. If after doing this properly and pump still doesnt work then its a new pump. If it works then if fuse is ok and connections and earth is good then its got to be either a bad connection at the switch or the switch itself, but as ur car is a 51 plate I think the wiring should be fine. Hope its not the switch as it is on the steering column and operates other items like wipers.
Let me know how you get on.
Ps, I just looked at the answers and one person may have the answer which I already knew but forgot, and I am an ex windscreen fitter. If ur car is left outside and it freezes and ur washer additive antifreeze is not strong enough the whole washer system will freeze including the pump, dont thaw it out with hot water if it hyas iced up as hot water freezesquicker than cold, use a hair dryer then asap if motor works add more additive .

Process of elimination.
Does the motor of the pump buzz?
Check the water level in the washer bottle.
If the pump makes a sound then disconnect the tube s that go to the washer jets. Then operate the washer. If the water is pumped then the jets are blocked.
Check the gauze on the pump inlet is not blocked.
If the pump is silent, check for circuit continuity.Remove the spades from the pump and connect tester.Operate pump.If power is available then pump is defective.
If no power is available, then likely switch is defective.

If there is no sound of the pump working then the pump has died, if it sounds like it's working you've got a block some where, Try taking the pipes off one by one and blowing through them. if that fails to clear the block use. Put Hot (Not boiling) water it to the screen wash bottle and keep trying to wash the screen until you get water flowing.
All the best and hope it's a block

Try this:
1) Check that there is windscreen wash in the pump.
2) Check the pump is connected and not blocked.
If none of those work then
3) Take it to your local garage.

Is the pump actually working? If it isn't then check you have power at the pump, assuming you do - change the pump.

the pump could be blocked because you may have put washing up liquid in or the pump is broke
