One gay person can 99% of the time recognise another gay person after spending a little time together.Even if a person puts on an act of homophobia we can pick up minute quirks in their behaviour/mannerisms that give them away. It's generally referred to as 'gaydar' and is normally a reliable trait.

Well you can't just pick out a gay man or women. We don't parade around with on our heads and most of us don't even act like those little girly men you see plastard all over saturday night tv.
Truth is the only TRUE way to "tell" if someone is gay is one... ASK THEM!!! or two.... use your "gaydar" which doesn't work. Its a myth people like to have saying they can point out a gay person just because. Get REAL!
All you have to do is ask my friend. Most gay people don't give a **** wheather you ask or you don't.

Yes, especially if it is a "gay-dune"... but first of all most of them (lesbian/gay) are open mind and look good. The others are either straights or just out of their mind and often lost. I did not say heterosexual.

you can't go by the lame stereotypes that you see in movies and TV, because in the majority of cases, they are just that. most gays and lesbians are not "obvious." you can't usually tell who we are just by how we look or act. how do you know then? if we tell you!

I don't suppose that a priest or nun would admit to being gay, even if they were. But, if someone is a priest, that's a good sign that they might very well be gay. ;)
