the laws they pass. Should they be allowed to have their own seperate heath care system, pension system etc.?

End Representative Government as the role they currently have! Reduce their positions to employee's that can be fired at will! Management in government has to be over hauled cause most entities & agentcies DO NOT PRODUCE OR PREFORM! But the right people incharge instead of the BUMS we have NOW would make the differance following this rule! You do not serve the public you get fired & replaced till we find people who will do the job! This calls for major turn over of lifer government personel who will be kick-out & justifiable so! Amending the constitution will be needed for the change involving the elected officals all others get the boot NO pention for failing to serve the legal majority of citizens! There are to many who have been free-loading at the public troth like pigs!
