Okay Bleach because it is one of the most romantic stories... but sadly it's wasted on unromantic people. <_<

Fruits Basket (not as romantic as the manga though, the anime is really much more platonic)
Saiunkoku Monogatari - A great Josei (looks like shoujo though) based on novels <3 I mean it's sorta romancy the girl marries the emperor he falls in love (but she only cares about being a gov. official ;_; ) also it's set in a place that is very similar to ancient china
Host Club - because Haruhi can be seen to be romantic with everyone ^_^
poo that's all I can think of, i agree if you want some romance read some fanfics.

For slapstick comedy romance, try Love Hina. If you're looking for tenderness and old fashioned romanticism, try Ai Yori Aoshi.

yeah...well it has romance parts
the show is called inuyasha...heard of it?
its bout this demon that loved a gir fomr the past and is confronted bout years later by a high school girl who looks like the long lost love he had before
and he battles demons while not trying to let the new girl know he loves her
secret is
they love each other and dont know it
try watching it
it comes on adultswim(cartoon network at night) at like 1:00 am
i know late showing but
its a great show

Card Captor Sakura, it's about teenage romance.....you should watch it, it's japanese anime and you have to read the subscripts though......but it rocks

for romance I like elfen lied and fruits basket. elfen is violent but a beautiful story and fruits is funny but sweet. try them both i love both of them.

there's romance in inuyasha, but the plot, in my opinion, is long, pointless, and stupid. if you want romance, just read fanfiction. you'll get more romance out of those.
