There doesn't seem to be any special terminology for languages which are written right-to-left or for those which are written left-to-right. However, there are some languages, like Egyptian hieroglyphics, in which one line is written left-to-right, the following line is written right-to-left, the next line goes back left-to-right, etc., with the lines alternating direction. This type of writing is called "boustrophedon", which comes from a Greek word meaning "plowing", since this is the way farmers plowed their fields.
