ok i made it into the school talent show and i want to wear:
jeans
tshirt
loose necktie
sneakers
is that ok? any suggestions?

I don't think you should wear that though. The tie with the t-shirt and jeans will clash. And a t-shirt and jeans are not really proper talent show attire.
Stick with the tie. Make sure it doesn't match the color of the shirt. You should wear a pleated skirt or skort, probably one that matches the tie. Don't make it look too cheerleader-ish, and when I say that I mean about their uniforms. Wear a shirt that is totally a different color from the tie and skirt, as you don't want to be too matchy-matchy.
(I'd suggest a blue spaghetti-strapped top over a white shortsleeved shirt and a black pleated skort and a black tie, or any color you want.)
Wear heels.

wear like a medium tight jeans, make sure you wear a belt. In my old talent shows, alot more was seen then needed. Let's just say we had something to laugh about for a long time. wear a lond tee, totaly kool, and sneaks are also cool, do like a Vaus, or Puma style shoe, and a sweet loose necktie. Maybe a crooked hat. Totaly KOOL! You'll be best act!

polo over that shirt and tie and some skinney jeans and cowboy boots to sing country!

maybe instead of sneaks try some flat or heeled boots with the jeans tucked in.

i would definately go with a skirt and a funky shirt that goes with skire and everything else will look good.
