My father drop his phone in the toilet some time ago and what he did was took the battery off and set the phone on an electrical space heater that looks like a radiator. Make sure the heater is on the low setting and just leave it there for about ten hours.. If that doesnt work then you need to get a new phone
p.s. i have some verizon phones in good condition for sale.. let me know.

yes. take the battery out and don't put it back in out or turn it on til the phone is totally dried. Let it dry for about 8 hours. Some people put it in the oven at a low temp for a little bit but i wouldnt try it. if it doesn't work, your screwed. if you have insurance you can get it replaced with a deductable, but otherwise ...

Try taking the phone all apart ( i mean everything), dry it off, and leave it out for the night. Then put it back together and plug it in. I happened to me and I had already gotton a new phone. Even verizon said that it would not work.

Sorry for your loss. Only one thing you can do. Dig a small hole, lay the phone gently inside and cover with dirt. Top with a headstone if required.

I hate giving people bad news. Sorry.

You can try competely taking it apart and blow drying it but IMO yout phone is toast. There is nothing youre going to be able to do if you try to dry it, its not going to work(and if it dose by chance, its going to not ever be the same again)
