Wear something simple but yet elegant. Just keep it in between, and if you are in doubt still, just wear a suit. They will always do for special occasions.

Go to polo.com and choose a style for guy or girl and then go to sears.com or anywhere else to find that style for less money.
Jeans would be omitted unless it says super casual and mentions jeans in the invitation. It depends where the wedding is taking place--at the beach, church, or hotel. Polo has an all-round selection on their website.
Casual could be a navy turtleneck with a navy sport coat. There is a black velvet sport coat on sale there for half price which is dressier. There is a big sale at Polo now--70%.

It depends on who they are. The best man should be wearing a tuxedo. The ones sitting down may wear tuxedos, or regular dress clothes as if going to church. I wouldn't wear jeans at all. Some slacks, a dress shirt, a tie, thats really all I would wear. And maybe a jacket with it. Stuff like this.

A say a nice blouse with clean pants and a simple tie. My cutie once wore a black blouse and black pants with a white tie. That look made him look a little bit too metro but it was nice. Just as long as both of you match, you will look great.
I wouldn't necessarily hop for the black since its a wedding but aim for that look.
