Becoming a fashion designer...?

I'm fourteen. I have wanted to get into fashion design since I was in grade two. I have taken sewing classes at school and I make many of my own clothes. I was just wondering what the best schools of fashion design are and how to get into them after I graduate.

Well two, amazing, fashion schools are Parsons and FIT (fashion institute of technology), I'm not sure how to get in after graduation, but maybe you could check the school websites.
