What's computer systems used in movies computers'?

Movies like: The Matrix, The Rock, Maximum Velocity, or any movie uses computer at any scene, I mean in-movie computers not computers make the movie, because those systems we see in screens neither Windows nor Liunx...etc and how can I make some similar system like this one in Maximum Velocity movie?

I'm not really following your question completely, but many times they use Apple. At least that's what I keep seeing.
