There is a few senior parks in Florida that you should be so lucky to get into. Their is nice people in mobil home parks usually older people who can't take care of a yard and don't want an apartment.
Stop bashing people I hate that. Just try to live on min. wage or social security they are clean and well kept. God hates haughty people. You should be ashamed. What do you think?

I agree with you too. But to explain what you are asking I'll try by stating that some trailer park communities get a bad name because of the few bad eggs that live there. Because it is a cheaper income housing, not everyone there may be just getting by, while working hard or living on social security. Some are actually lazy, and could do better but don't. There are whole trailer park communities on illegal drugs, not just prescription ones for there health. I am not bashing, I explained my opinion of why some trailer parks get a bad name, and honestly I don't think anyone is referring to the senior parks in Florida.

Yes, trailer parks are not full of dumb, poor people because everyone knows the rich geniuses opt to live in sardine cans that are prone to be hit with tornados and hurricanes. Its just common knowledge. In truth there are alot of good ,honest, hardworking people in trailer parks ,but why are you generalizing people who don't live in trailer parks? Could the same not be said about people living in nothing at all? People are in certain positions because they put themselves in those positions ,in most cases. I fully empathize with those people who are simply unable to facilitate the income needed to own a home or rent an apartment ,but there is a large percentage of people who are simply too lazy to get a job and stop living off of the government and an even larger percentage of people who've decided that they didn't need to get an education in order to get a steady job. I should be ashamed? No, the people that deciced not to pull their own weight to get what they need should be ashamed. I'm not including those who actually are disabled or too old. They can't help it ,but everyone else have no excuse to be leaches on society.
Ultimately this "trailer park mentality" you speak of was created by people living in trailer parks. If they don't want people to look at them as dumb, down trodden people they should try to not embellish upon that label. Yes, I know not everyone can have a big, high income job ,but everyone in America has had the opportunity to get the education they need inorder to get at least a job paying enough to get an average salary.
People ,in the end, get exactly what they bargain for.

I don't think that most people are thinking about senior citizens when they denigrate those who live in trailer parks.

Rather, it seems to be a stereotype that people who live in trailer parks are of low intellect and lack social graces.

Also, I have heard the phrase "trailer park trash" used in the same way that the phrase "poor White trash" have been used to depict poor or lower income Whites who lack manners and / or the social graces associated with more upscale (upper middle class or wealthy) Whites.

Of course we all know the word that is used to denigrate African Americans.

Another such stereotype or otherwise offensive term that is used is hill billy, depending on the region of the country you are talking about.

While it may be true that certain people (White, African-Americans, etc.) within certain segments of society may share similar types of behavior, ways of speaking, etc., it becomes a stereotype when all of them are categorized in the same way based on preconceived notions about them.

It ability (or connotes) that the guy's values and goals are under they could be for respectability and fulfillment. i've got in no way heard of rapid foodstuff mentality, however the classic representation may well be: are you able to declare: "might you like fries with that?" (An insult implying that the guy's profession will no longer be effective.) phrases like those are purposely offensive in many circumstances. that's why the 1st reaction is "protecting". you could observe that such phrases may well be offensive. somebody who's financially or educationally needy would no longer be in that subject by way of any fault of their very own. (yet very many times, that's their fault, and that's the reason this parent of speech exists.)

What do we think?

1. Not all trailer parks are the domains of the stupidest and least functional people on earth, just most of them.

2. God 'hates'? Which god are you talking about? The ones I've been hearing about are not capable of hate.
